Welcome to the Code Weaver Studio developer documentation. Learn how to install, configure, and manage your SaaS-ready WordPress plugins.

Installation

All Code Weaver Studio plugins are installed using the standard WordPress upload method.

  1. Download the `.zip` file from your Code Weaver Studio account.
  2. Log into your WordPress Admin Dashboard.
  3. Navigate to Plugins > Add New.
  4. Click Upload Plugin at the top of the screen.
  5. Select the downloaded `.zip` file and click Install Now.
  6. Once installed, click Activate.

SaaS Licensing Setup

Our plugins require a valid license key to unlock frontend features. To activate your plugin:

  • Go to the plugin's settings page in your WP Admin (e.g., WhatsApp Support > License).
  • Enter the license key provided to you by Code Weaver Studio (e.g., CWS-PRO-A1B2-C3D4).
  • Click Activate.

Domain Binding Security

For security, upon activation, your license key is permanently bound to your website's domain name (e.g., yourwebsite.com). It cannot be used on another website without a formal domain reset from support.

Adding WhatsApp Agents

WP WhatsApp Pro allows you to route customers to specific departments.

1. Go to WhatsApp Support > Agents
2. Click "Add Another Agent"
3. Fill in the Name (e.g., "Sales Department")
4. Enter Phone Number WITH country code (e.g., "919876543210")
5. Select Status (Online/Offline)
6. Save Changes.
